We understand certain situations may occur that could prompt the need for a test to be cancelled. Should you need to cancel testing, a cancellation fee will apply. Upon setting up testing, we incur certain non-refundable charges, such as scheduling fees, credit card processing fees, etc.
*There is a 50% cancellation fee on all testing. Therefore, if you choose to pay half up front and decide to cancel your testing, there will be no refund. If you choose to pay in full up front and decide to cancel your testing within 30 days, you will receive your money back less the 50% cancellation fee. If you pay in full up front and decide to cancel outside of the 30 day window, you will receive no refund.
Each time a test is rescheduled, paperwork has to be redone on our end. We understand certain circumstances can require the need for a test to be rescheduled. Therefore, testing may be rescheduled ONE time without incurring any additional fees. However, each additional reschedule will incur a $25 reschedule fee.
